Location: Norwich University - Howard Field

Grades: 7-12

Cost: FREE, but you must be registered by July 21 to participate. Please bring your workout clothing, running shoes, grass cleats and bring a water bottle and snacks

Date: 3 sessions on July 23, 24 & 25

Time: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Tuesday, July 23:

- 5:00 PM - 5:15 PM: Check-in and warm-up

- 5:15 PM - 5:45 PM: TEST DAY

- 5:45 PM - 6:15 PM: Speed and agility drills

- 6:15 PM - 6:45 PM: Strength training

- 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM: Cool down and reflection

- 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Livestream Dan Owens, Detroit Lions

Wednesday, July 24:

- 5:00 PM - 5:15 PM: Check-in and warm-up

- 5:15 PM - 5:45 PM: Speed and agility drills

- 5:45 PM - 6:15 PM: Plyometric training
